According to the Tibetan tradition, the existence of the singing bowls evolved from the 4rth century. Back then, this particular tradition was brought to the limelight with Buddha’s preaching and teachings. When a specific stick hits or rubs the outer surface of a singing bowl, it starts to vibrate and produces a unique, specific frequency or sound from its sides and edges. The pulsation of the sound naturally releases correcting frequencies to correct the unbalanced chakras.
